What is the Delivery Wizard and what does it do?
The Echospin Delivery Wizard is one of the coolest technologies that you will ever use.
The Wizard can deliver audio and video content in three different ways:
-
Save to Folder
Save audio and video files to your computer's media folder or any other folder you specify. This option also automatically imports the files to your preferred music player and creates a playlist.
-
Copy to Device
Copy audio and video files directly to your portable device (only iPods are supported at this time).
-
Burn to CD
Burn an audio CD (provided you have a burner and a blank disc).
The Delivery Wizard has all of these capabilities built in. You can choose one, two, or all three of the delivery options. Echospin will even print out the artwork for you, if you want. It's that simple.
For Mac users, we've made it simpler still. The Wizard instantly imports your music, videos, and digital booklets directly into your iTunes library.

What do I need to use the Delivery Wizard?
The Delivery Wizard requires Windows or OS X, with a broadband connection. Supported web browsers include recent versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera. If your system does not meet these requirements, you can still choose the Manual option.

The Delivery Wizard is amazing! How does it work?
Magic. If we told you, the elves would be very upset.

Where did the Delivery Wizard go?
When you close the Delivery Wizard, it goes away. Don't worry, though! You can always get it back. The Delivery Wizard isn't meant to be launched on its own, so just click the same link you originally followed or check your email for your purchase confirmation. For every album you purchase or redeem, Echospin sends you an email confirmation that includes a special "resume" link built right into the message. Click that link to get back to the Wizard.

How do I remove the Delivery Wizard from my computer?
It's very easy. In Windows, just go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (in Vista, this will be called either "Uninstall Program" or "Manage Programs and Features"). Be sure the Delivery Wizard and all browser windows are closed. Select Echospin Delivery Wizard from the list and then click remove. Mac users can simply drag it to the trash.

The Delivery Wizard just sits there and eventually times out. What gives?
This is usually because a software firewall or antivirus program is blocking the Delivery Wizard from connecting to Internet. Approve the connection request when prompted, or manually add an exception to the firewall rules/whitelist.

Whoops, the Delivery Wizard reported an error. Now what?
It happens. Don't worry, though! You can still manually get your files using your web browser's built-in download functionality. Sure, it takes a bit longer, but will ensure you get your music.
Simply left-click on each item, and be sure to select "Save" when prompted by your browser. We recommend saving the files to your music folder, so that you can easily import the downloads into your preferred music player when done.

What file types does Echospin deliver?
Unless noted otherwise, Echospin delivers MP3 files when saving music to a folder or to a portable device. Playlist files are M3Us. Digital booklets are delivered as PDF files, and an album's accompanying cover art comes as a JPEG. All video content is delivered as MP4s.

Is Echospin a music or video player?
Echospin is not a media player, media library, or digital entertainment hub. Rather, Echospin is all about delivering the music and video to you effortlessly and then getting out of the way so you can enjoy it.

I don't see the music in my iTunes. How do I add it?
The Delivery Wizard will attempt to import your music into iTunes, if it detects that iTunes is your default media player. If this didn't happen, or you chose the Manual option, adding the music is as easy as following the steps below:
- Open iTunes, then go to File, and select Add File to Library.
- In the Add to Library window, browse to your downloaded music folder -- usually named Downloads, My Music, or iTunes Library.
- Select the titles you wish to import and click Open.
The music you selected should now be listed in your iTunes library.
